Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

You have 7 days to request a full refund or exchange for your purchase. After 7 days, we cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have it. We will also let you know if we approve or reject your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to show up on your statement.
  • Contact your bank. There may be a delay in processing your refund.
  • If you have done all of these and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@gditech.co.ke.

Exchanges We are the original manufacturers of our products and we ensure that they pass a quality check before we ship them to you. We also notify you when we dispatch your order. Therefore, we only accept exchanges if your item is damaged during shipping. Shipping returns

To return your item, you should mail it to our workshop along Thika Superhighway Kihunguro.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you get a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning an expensive item, you may want to use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
