Overview
Our return and exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t accept the item for exchange. We also don’t refund money once item is sold but we can exchange it if it’s not the item you purchased or if the item is damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for a return for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your item will be processed for exchange. The exchanged item will then be shipped to your location via courier or you can come pick it.
We advice our clients to call us or send us an email first if they have a concern about the item they would want to return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should send it to our physical address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we exchange the item, the cost of return shipping will be catered by you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
